Credit Card Payment
You can now pay your credit card through BankDhofar’s Internet Banking
1. Log on to your BankDhofar online account
2. Go to the main menu, click on the option Credit Card
3. Choose Latest Statement
4. Click on Pay
5. Select the debit account
6. Enter the amount you wish to pay
7. Click on Submit
8. You will be asked to enter your transaction password
9. Credit Card is paid
Your credit card account will be updated online instantly.
If you are transferring for the first time, do the following
1. Click on Funds Transfer
2. Click on Register Details
3. Choose Third-party Within Bank then click Continue
4. Fill in the form and make sure all details are correct. The account number must match with the correct customer’s branch. Click on Update
5. An 8 digit one time password (OTP) will be generated once customer enters the transaction password and will be sent to your registered mobile number or email. Enter the OTP password
6. After entering the OTP password, the registration is completed
1. Click on New Transaction
2. In the New Transaction menu, choose Third
3. Select the debit account
4. Select the beneficiary you wish to transfer to.
5. Enter the amount you wish to transfer
6. Click on Submit Transfer
7. Enter your transaction password

Registration of a utility bill
If you are paying your bill for the first time, do the following:
1. Click on Bill Payment & Top Up then on Utility Bill
2. Click on Register Service Provider
3. Choose the billing category and click on Search. A list of the billing categories will appear. Choose the service provider you wish to register
4. Fill in the form by completing the blank fields. Enter your GSM/Contract/Landline Number in the field provided
5. Click on Continue
6. Enter your transaction password
7. An 8 digit one time password (OTP) will be generated and will be sent to your Registered mobile number or email .Enter the OTP password
8. After entering the OTP password, the registration is completed
Initiate bill payment
1. Click on Initiate Utility Payments then click Continue
2. Choose the biller name registered. The page will refresh automatically
3. Select the debit account
4. Enter the amount you wish to pay
5. Click on ‘Submit Transfer
6. Enter your transaction password and your bill is paid
Recharge any Hayyak or Ooredoo and Renna, Friendi number with a click of a button:
1. Enter the mobile number
2. Enter the amount
3. Select the service provider (Omantel or Ooredoo, Renna and Friendi)
4. Select the debit account

Through calling Bank Dhofar IVR system, cardholder can block his/her credit card.
Unblock Debit Card
The option will allow customers to avail all their debit cards services for international use.
When the card is stolen or lost customer can deactivate the card temporarily for at least 48 hours
Debit Card Hotlist
Once the card is hot listed then the cardholder will no longer be able to use the same card again.
Mobile Top – Up
Customers can Top – Up their mobile number or a third party mobile number. User’s numbers must be registered to the following service providers, Omantel/Ooredoo/ Renna/ Friendi.
Mobile Bill Payment
Through this services customers can pay their mobile number bills or a third party mobile number. User’s numbers must be registered to the following service providers, Omantel/Ooredoo.
Phone Bill Payment
Customer can pay their phone bills through the IVR system by selecting one of these service providers Omantel/Ooredoo.
Once the customer updates his/her mobile number through the IVR system, the number will also be updated at the customer profile information at the core banking.

1. How to download BankDhofar Mobile Banking?
IPhone users can download the application free from the Apple iTunes Store. For Android users, the application is also freely available through Android Market (Play).
2. What do you need to register for BankDhofar Mobile Banking?
You need your BankDhofar account number and National ID/ Passport ID/ ATM PIN
3. How do you register for BankDhofar Mobile Banking?
a. Click on “Registration” button on the pre-login page
b. Enter your account number and national ID or Passport ID
c. Select your card number from the dropdown list and enter your ATM PIN corresponding to that card number and click on submit
d. Complete your registration by creating the following credentials, which will be required when using the app:

h. Accept Mobile Banking terms & conditions and click Register
4. How do you use the card less cash feature?
a. Register for mobile banking
b. Login – Choose self – card less cash feature from the menu – Choose account

f. Get SMS with 6 digit code
g. Go to ATM–Press Enter for ‘CardlessCash’
h. Key in the 6- digit SMS code and yourown4- digit cash code

Mobile top-up: You can top up your own mobile number or any third party’s mobile number registered inOoredoo and Omantel, Renna, Friendi
Bill payment: Register and Pay Utility Bills for Water & Electricity (ONEC/OIFC), Mobile, Landline, Internet (Ooredoo / Omantel). In addition, you can pay your American Express card dues.
Donation: You can donate for registered charities through Android devices
Loan Payment: You can pay off your loans.
G. Cardless Cash
Introducing cardless cash withdrawal in BankDhofar ATMs by invoking the request from any electronic channel. Customers will have the ability to withdraw cash from any of BankDhofar ATM’s by simply placing a request through their Mobile Banking application. A unique code will be generated and sent either to the customers, if the request was for self-service, or to the recipient as an SMS. . The system generates a unique code that can be keyed in any BankDhofar ATM that will automatically dispense the requested amount. Bank Dhofar is the first Bank in Oman to introduce this service.
