Your businesses may have a short period of inadequate sales or revenue which creates the need for additional funds to meet operational expenses. The BankDhofar Working Capital Loan is meant to meet a range of obligations from payment of employees’ salaries, to covering accounts payables.

In a Loan Against Trust Receipt (LTR), BankDhofar lends you the funds you need to settle an import bill. A Letter of Credit (LC) differs from an LTR in that that an LC only assures the sellers of payment under stipulated terms.

Under Local Bill Discounting (LBD) / Receivable Financing, BankDhofar pays you an amount in advance against a bill drawn on your customer. When the bill becomes due, the total amount is collected by the bank.

Long term loans are extended in Omani Rials for a maximum tenure up to 10 years, subject to the Facility Offer Letter.

A Commercial Loan is funding you can avail to increase your longer term working capital – like acquiring new machinery, building new infrastructure, and other such expenditures. For example, Commercial Term Loan can be used to finance the purchase of a restaurant along with the building.

Capital expenditure (Capex) is the fund you investment to upgrade or acquire fixed, physical, non-consumable assets, such as a building, a equipment, or a new business. BankDhofar Capex Financing can be used for capital expenditure like construction of commercial buildings or purchase of vehicles, land or machinery that you expect to use for more than one year.

A Long Term Working Capital Loan can be taken to finance your company's operational expenses with a longer repayment tenure. These funds are not used to buy assets or investments – instead they can be used to provide the capital for your operational needs, like payroll, rent and operational expenses, or to manage cash flow gaps during a slowdown.

You can utilize a Real Estate Loan to construct or develop a real estate property, or to purchase a real estate assets other than hotels, restaurants or residential property.
