  • Established within 2 working days, provided that all necessary account opening documents are valid and meet the mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) criteria. 
  • Dedicated Account Relationship Manager (ARM) is assigned to the corporate customer to handle all banking needs from initial discussions to account opening and beyond. 
  • The ARM serves as an advisor to the corporate client, ensuring that their business interests and the bank's interests are at the forefront of the relationship. 
  • The ARM provides guidance and support to the customer throughout the account opening process and assists with any other requirements. 
  • The ARM is available to address customer needs even beyond working hours. 
  • Offers the opportunity for the bank's customers to register as approved vendors, creating mutually beneficial deals for both the customer and the bank's external and/or internal customers (staff).

The documentation required for account opening varies depending on the type of legal entity. For example, if it is a Single Proprietorship Company (SPC), the requirements may differ slightly from those of a Limited Liability Company (LLC), SAOC, or SAOG. Similarly, resident entities will have different requirements compared to non-resident or offshore entities, where factors such as risk classification and account objectives determine the necessary documentation. Regardless of the entity's residency status, our goal is to open accounts within 2 working days.

Once a customer expresses interest in opening an account, a checklist will be provided to them. Additionally, checklists for specific products and services will be shared as and when required.
