Dhofar Easybiz is Bank Dhofar’s collection digitization and reconciliation platform.  The platform can easily integrate with the customers’ ERP/ billing software. Once integrated, the platform can auto-import invoices (including bulk invoices) from customers’ ERP/ billing software and automatically send the outstanding invoices (along with a payment link) to debtors for collections.

 

The platform also has a feature of sending customizable reminders. In case customers who do not have a billing software/ERP, the platform has the capability to generate and send out invoices and invoice payment links digitally.

 

To enable reconciliation and MIS, the platform automates the creation of virtual accounts for each customer of the business. The platform intelligently captures details like payment mode, transaction status based on the unique payment identification number to enable easy and automated reconciliation.

 

The platform also provides a dynamic business dashboard that delivers real-time insights into a business’s collection cycle – including received, upcoming and overdue collections, top receivables, ageing profile of receivables, average credit cycle enabling informed decision-making for businesses.
