To activate your new BankDhofar Credit Card, just follow the steps below:

1. Visit your nearest BankDhofar ATM
2. Insert your card into the machine
3. Choose your preferred language
4. Enter the One Time Activation Code number sent to your registered mobile number
5. Accept the Terms & Conditions
6. Enter a new PIN code & re-enter it again
7. Receive a confirmation SMS on your registered mobile number
8. Your new BankDhofar Card is now activated

Easy Payment Plan (EPP) is a plan that allows the cardholder to convert a purchase into smaller installment payments over a fixed period of time.

Your BankDhofar Credit Card is designed with several layers of protection, but there are good user guidelines that you can follow to ensure you stay secure while enjoying all of your card’s many benefits.

• Do not keep your PIN number together with your card.
• Do not write your PIN number on the card, or disclose it to anyone for any reason.
• Sign the new card immediately upon receipt and destroy any old ones.
• Do not leave your card, wallet or bag unattended.
• Retain copies of all sales, ATM and withdrawal slips for statement verification.
• Ensure your card is returned after every use, and check that the card returned is yours.
• Update BankDhofar immediately of any change in mailing / delivery address or phone number. Please remember, failure to notify constitutes material breach of the terms of cards insurance.
