- Log in to BankDhofar Mobile Banking, Retail Internet Banking, or Corporate Internet Banking.
- Select the EasyMandate option and go to “Initiated by Others.”
- Review all personal details and click on the “Accept Mandate” option.
- Validate your bank account, mobile number, and email information. Read through the terms and conditions, then click on “Submit.”
- Enter the OTP received on your registered mobile number and click on “Submit.”
- Once authenticated successfully, the mandate will be registered with CBO instantly.
After completing these steps, your acceptance will be registered with your respective debiting banks. You can then view the BankDhofar EasyMandate status in your BankDhofar account. If needed, an organization or individual can cancel the mandate by submitting a request to the respective financial institution or mandate creator.
