Participants have 15 minutes of fun by navigating the maze, earning points for successful completion, increasing their chances of winning the daily or the grand prize of a new car. This activity not only adds a challenge to the participants but also promotes the creation of long-lasting family memories.

Al Busaidi explained that the “Maze” is one of the activities that creates an atmosphere of interaction and engagement between members of the family or a group of friends in an exceptional atmosphere amidst drizzle and fog, noting that the bank seeks through it to reach different categories in the family and provide them with the best banking solutions, as the bank keeps pace with various digital developments through investments, adopting innovative strategies to improve customer experience, simplify operational processes, and provide a comprehensive set of digital services.
Al Busaidi added: “Our customers can easily view their financial activities and manage their bank accounts while enjoying the wonderful atmosphere of Dhofar Governorate through the mobile application, which has a wide range of features such as paying bills and instant money transfers. Customers can also open new accounts through the “Intilaqah” application without the need to visit a branch.”
The bank also recently launched “Dhofar Pay” and “Samsung Pay”, a service provided by the bank to customers that allows them to pay by swiping their Android-enabled mobile phones through the payment machine at various points of sale easily and securely without the need to use a direct debit card.
Customers can also visit BankDhofar and Dhofar Islamic Bank’s 126 branch network spread across the governorates of the Sultanate of Oman, in addition to 360 ATMs and cash deposit machines that operate around the clock.
