Benefits

For 12 months from the first salary credit, eligible customers will receive:

• 3 free mobile payments (if salary is received that month).
• 3 free ACH transfers via Mobile Banking (if salary is received that month).
• 1 free international remittance via Mobile Banking to India or Bangladesh.
• Free Personal Accident (PA) Insurance Cover in case of death or total disability.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the campaign, customers must meet the following conditions:

• The first salary transfer to BankDhofar must have occurred within the last 6 months
• Salary or pension must be credited via Wage Protection System (WPS)
• Transfers or credits not marked as salary will not be considered
• The minimum monthly salary must be OMR 300
• Salary must be received continuously every month to remain eligible for the monthly benefits

Enrollment Process

No separate enrollment is required. Eligible customers will be automatically included based on the first salary credit date and fulfillment of the eligibility criteria. When a customer performs a transaction through Mobile Banking, the transaction amount will initially be charged to their account. The bank will verify if a salary was received during the month and will reverse the eligible charges by the 7th of the following month.
