Cementing its position as one of the leading financial institutions in the Sultanate, BankDhofar recently took part in OER Business Summit 2022 as Strategic Sponsors. The high-profile summit was recently held at the Sheraton Hotel Muscat under the auspices of His Excellency Shaikh Salim Mustahail al Mashani.
The summit, which touches upon business aspects, focused this year on Human Resources. The panel discussion titled ‘Growing and developing talent within – Lifeline of organisations’ focused on the importance of grooming national talents and developing their skills. Dr. Khalid Salim Al Hamadani, Chief Human Resources Officer at BankDhofar participated in the panel discussion. He shared his thoughts and experience on the best practices to enrich the knowledge and skills of the talents within the organization.
